CooperVision is the leading manufacterer for soft contact lenses. Since 2017, we are happy to support CooperVision with their customer centricity program. We thank Rob Webb, the Director Commercial Operations EMEA, for answering us some questions on working with paulusresult.

 

1. Why did you choose paulusresult?

As global organisation I was seeking an international partner with a strong track record in supporting the design and execution of NPS, CSAT & other customer insight tools. We identified Michael and his team through our network. Right from the initial contact, and through our evaluation process, Michael was able to demonstrate that he had the expertise and gravitas I needed to drive change through our organization.

2. What makes paulusresult different from other providers?

Michael & Team are very accessible and provide deep domain knowledge coupled along with a clear understanding of our business and needs. From a project management standpoint, Michael delivered outstanding results and most important, he´s a great facilitator to achieve required commitment, buy in and results across all layers of the organisation. paulusresult have a hands-on mentality which is refreshing from an external consultancy.

3. Is there something that surprised you about paulusresult?

What surprised us was their willingness to be hands-on in helping us execute our customer feedback strategy.

4. What was your problem and what is your situation now?

Like many companies, customer centricity is a key focus for us but we did not have a consistent approach to understanding our performance in this area across a large diverse region. Whilst there is still a lot of work to do, we have made great progress during the time we’ve been working with Paulus and, having good access to Paulus and the team, as we continuously evolve and develop our customer feedback approach, gives us confidence that we are on the track.

5. To whom would you recommend paulusresult?

I would recommend paulusresult to any company, domestic or international, that’s looking to get their customer centricity strategy off the ground or who are looking to reset and understand how they can get the improvements they need.
